Lone Star Roundup

TXGA's fall gathering. Each year the Roundup moves to a new part of the state, hosted by one of the six regions, with a day of events, games, and caching built around the host town.

The East Region hosts this year's Roundup in Jacksonville: a laid-back day of games, activities, geocaching, and time with cachers from across the state. Look for an Adventure Lab Poker Run and a batch of new caches placed in the area for the event.

Saturday, November 14

  1. 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM Lone Star Roundup GCBKXQC The main day at Nichols Green Park Pavilion.
  2. Time TBA Geocaching with Disabilities Experience GCBYBCZ Tools and resources for caching with a disability, hiding caches with accessibility in mind, and a friendly competition on temporary caches using wheelchairs and reachers.

Sunday, November 15
