Membership 
Become a member
TXGA is run by volunteers and paid for by its members. Your dues keep the Texas Challenge and the Lone Star Roundup going, put teaching materials in the hands of new cachers, and keep this website online. In return you get a say in how the association runs, and a new member coin every year.
Pick your level
Each level's badge borrows a cache type. Dues cover one calendar year, January 1 to December 31. Join or renew in December and your membership counts toward the following year.
Single
$25 a year
Like a traditional cache: one cacher, one coin in the box.

The 2026 member coin
Every year TXGA mints a new trackable member coin, and every year the design comes from a member. Single and Family members get the coin in the mail, with shipping included in their dues.
Want your art on next year's coin? Members can enter the annual coin design contest, and the winning artist gets a free Family membership.

Who can join
Any individual shall be eligible for membership, provided they agree to abide by the bylaws and rules of the Association.
Any Active Member who is at least 18 years of age and a resident of the State of Texas will be eligible to vote.
